What to Bring if you are in-person

We have some yoga mats, foam mats and blankets at the center for guests to use - please bring your own if you have them. You can also bring a meditation cushion or back jack chair if you prefer to be seated on the floor. This is recommended if you fall asleep easily in meditation, as high-frequency energies can make you sleepy. Wear comfy clothing and bring a filled water bottle. You can also bring a special crystal you would like to charge up with the angelic healing light. 

* We do have some small crystals at the center available for purchase if you would like a new stone.
